The current YRSCC #1173 management by Condominium owners was established at the turn-over meeting on June 29, 2010, when the control of the Condominium affairs was released to the owners by the Builders upon the election of the Board of Directors.

The Corporation covers #1 and #21 Upper Duke Crescent, also known as Buildings A and B respectively. The Buildings are currently managed by Property Services Enterprises Inc.
