The tri-sorter resets itself to the general garbage after a while, so if you have multiple bags of organic waste or recyclable materials, you may have to press the buttons again.

Where do I obtain blue bags for recycling?

They can be purchased from supermarkets. Make sure to get small- to medium-sized ones. The larger bags when full will not fit into the garbage chute.
